Do you carry more products than what is shown on your web site?
Yes, we do have more products
available than what is shown on the web site. We try to put more
products on the site on a consistent basis. We add new items to
our web site monthly to give you, our customer the best selection
in new and popular Fontanini products. If you have any questions

Which shipping firm is used when shipping my order?
We use both UPS and USPS Priority mail. In most cases, we use
UPS but for smaller orders and orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii,
we will use USPS Priority mail.
What is your cut off time for orders to be shipped out
same day?
Orders need to be placed by 12:00 Noon CDT for same day shipment.
This also includes all air deliveries such as next day, 2nd day
and 3rd day orders.
( All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday. If orders are placed
after 12 Noon CDT on Friday or, if your order was placed during
the weekend will ship out on Monday. )
How quickly can I expect my order once it's placed?
In most cases, if your order is placed by 12:00 Noon CDT it
will ship out the same day. Orders are shipped from Wisconsin
therefore, depending on where you live may take 2 to 5 business
days for it to arrive if using ground delivery.
Do you have a mailing list in which we can be placed on to notify
us on new products that Fontanini offers?

Do you accept personal checks?
Yes, but please remember. We will ship out you items only after
you check clears the bank. Normally, the check will take 10 business
days to clear. We would however suggest that you either use a
certified check or money order if you need a quicker delivery.
We do accept the four major credit cards. American Express, Discover,
Visa and MasterCard.
What if I receive an
item that is broken in the delivery process?
Please notify
our customer service department by either Emailing them at, click
here to Email or, call them at: 1.800.616.8333
and they will arrange for the pickup of the broken piece and send
you a new item in it's place.
Can we return products for a refund?
Yes, you may return items back to us that have been purchased
from us. You must have an authorization from us before you can
return an item. Please

Returns must be made
within 30 days of our shipment date.
