Shipping Policy


At FontaniniGifts.com, we’re committed to delivering your order with care and efficiency. Below you’ll find important information about our shipping process, options, and timeframes.

Processing Time 

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: During peak holiday seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended due to high order volume.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes 

We ship orders via UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery times vary depending on your location but we typically see orders delivered within 3 to 5 business days. 

 

US Free Standard Shipping 

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $49.99 shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Otherwise, there is a flat rate shipping charge of $6.89 per order. 

Shipping Outside the Contiguous U.S. 

We currently do not offer free or flat-rate shipping to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • Canada or Mexico

We will need to know the items you wish to purchase, your full shipping address, and the best phone number to reach you. We’ll then respond with a custom shipping estimate for your order. 

 

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. 

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

 

Holiday Shipping 

To ensure on-time delivery during the holiday season, we recommend placing your order as early as possible. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier volume and weather conditions that are beyond our control.

 

Important Notes 

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the package.
